Through music, games, props, and guided circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, Teeny Waves builds an early foundation of physical fitness while enhancing fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and muscle coordination. Grownups are an essential part of every class - guiding, supporting, and exploring movement right alongside their little one.

Tiny Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class designed for 2-year-olds and their actively participating grownups.

Building on the foundations introduced in Teeny Waves, this class continues to develop fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and muscle coordination through music, games, props, and circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Grownups remain active partners on the floor - encouraging, assisting, and sharing in the experience as their child grows more confident and capable. Together, you'll keep building physical, mental, and social development in a fun, nurturing environment designed just for this age.

Mini Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class for 3-year-olds ready to take on the gymnastics floor on their own.

Students rotate through multiple circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment in our preschool gymnastics room, building strength, agility, and coordination while beginning to develop real gymnastics skills. Mini Waves also introduces following directions, classroom behavior, and social interaction - setting the stage for confident, independent learning.

It's a big milestone, and we love watching every child rise to meet it.

Mighty Waves is a 45-minute gymnastics class for 4-year-olds that picks up right where Mini Waves leaves off.

Students rotate through multiple circuits on age-appropriate gymnastics equipment in our preschool gymnastics room, continuing to build strength, agility, coordination, and gymnastics skills - while becoming even more confident, self-directed learners. This is where preschool gymnasts truly hit their stride, growing ready for the next chapter in their gymnastics journey.
