Tiny Waves is a 45-minute program designed for 1-year-olds and their actively participating grownups. Through music, games, props, and circuits, the class creates an enjoyable experience for both children and their grownups while promoting physical, mental, and social development. Grownups play a crucial role in assisting and guiding the children, fostering a strong caregiver-child bond, and ensuring a nurturing environment for shared growth and fun.

This class is geared towards 3-year-olds that are ready to participate in class on their own. While continuing to develop strength, agility, gymnastics skills, cognitive, and fine motor skills, Mini Waves will also begin to work on following directions, social, and behavioral skills. This is a 45-minute class that will use multiple circuits taught on age-appropriate equipment in our fun and safe preschool room!

This class is geared towards 4-year-olds that are ready to participate in class on their own.
