NINJA PARKOUR

Our Ninja classes are designed to equip your child with the skills needed to master obstacle courses on the ground and on a Ninja Rig, with a strong emphasis on parkour techniques. Parkour, the art of movement, teaches participants to overcome obstacles in their path by using efficient, controlled motions. By integrating movements from both parkour and gymnastics, as well as incorporating elements of climbing and tricking, these classes will boost your child's strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and confidence, helping them to master their mind and physical capabilities.
