Women's National Team members gather for April camp
KATY, Texas, April 29, 2022 - U.S. Women's National Team members gathered for camp April 25-28 in Katy, Texas. Attending gymnasts included Olympic and World medalists Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles and Leanne Wong, who recently concluded their freshman NCAA seasons.
Over the course of the four-day camp, athletes and coaches received technical guidance from National Team staff ahead of the upcoming 2022 domestic season, which will span the American Classic and U.S. Classic in July and the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in August. They were also able to consult with onsite wellness experts and engage resources, including mental health support, while at camp.
