2023 Adult SUMMER camp

Welcome to the FIRST Pacific Reign Adult Summer Camp! Our mission is to inspire and empower adults to pursue their gymnastics goals in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. We are committed to providing exceptional coaching, fostering a sense of community, and promoting physical and mental well-being. Our camp is dedicated to helping adults of all backgrounds and abilities discover and unleash their gymnastics potential while building lifelong skills and memories.

Nestled in the heart of Woodinville, Washington, our gymnastics camp offers the perfect opportunity to explore this charming town while improving your skills in a fun and supportive environment. With over 100 tasting rooms to indulge in, a variety of local cuisine to savor, and picturesque countryside views to enjoy, Woodinville is the ideal destination for a relaxing and memorable summer getaway. Join us for a week of gymnastics, adventure, and unforgettable experiences in this beautiful corner of the Pacific Northwest.

Aug 20th - Sunday: 9:30 AM-12:30 PM & 5:00 PM-8:00 PM

$550 Per Athlete

*$165 deposit is due at registration. The balance will be charged/due on July 15th.

INCLUDED IN COST: Time spent in the gym, camp t-shirt, 1 catered dinner, and supplies needed for our chiropractor, Stacey Cornelson, in case of minor injury or tape assistance. Additionally, photos and videos will be taken throughout the duration of the camp and will be sent to the campers free of charge.

NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Hotels, travel expenses, and meals (with the exception of 1 catered dinner during the watch party). Feel free to opt-out of the optional meal outings.

Guidelines

Each athlete will need to bring:

  • Gymnastics attire adhering to the gym attire policy 

  • Hair ties/scrunchies

  • Water bottle

  • Grips/Tiger Paws if the gymnast uses them

  • Personal items if needed (Wristbands, Athletic tape, Pre-wrap)

  • Gym bag

    NOTES: It is rare for the Pacific Northwest to reach over 90 degrees during the summer, but it can happen. Our gym is equipped with swamp coolers and a large fan for great air circulation. Our pre-school room is also equipped with AC.

Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with a wide range of gymnastics apparatus to provide a dynamic and engaging experience. Our facility includes:

  • Uneven and horizontal bars

  • TumblTraks, both inground and above ground

  • Foam pits–both loose foam pits and modular foam pits

    And more! Our facility is constantly evolving and upgrading to provide the best possible experience for our gymnasts. 

On-site services

Coach, Stacey Cornelson is a highly trained and experienced chiropractic sports physician who is certified in Functional Movement Techniques- Kinesiology Taping. With her expertise, she can provide on-site assistance to campers who may need Kinesio Taping for sports injury rehabilitation.


Camp activities

At our adult gymnastics camp, we offer a wide variety of engaging and enjoyable activities to cater to the needs and interests of all campers. Our camp is designed to provide a well-rounded experience that focuses on skill development, fitness, camaraderie, and fun!

  • Group Drills and Skills: Campers will be divided into groups based on their skill level, allowing them to focus on drills and skills that are appropriate for their level on various gymnastics apparatus such as vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, TumblTrak, trampoline, and more. Our experienced coaches will provide expert instruction and guidance to help campers learn new skills or improve on existing ones in a supportive and safe environment.

  • Group Warm-ups: Each day will start with group warm-ups that are designed to prepare campers for a day of gymnastics activities. Warm-ups will include dynamic stretching, conditioning exercises, and mobility drills to help campers improve their flexibility, strength, and overall gymnastics performance.

  • Games and Contests: We believe in making learning fun! Campers will have the opportunity to participate in various games, contests, and challenges that are designed to enhance their gymnastics skills, coordination, and teamwork. From friendly competitions to creative games, there will be plenty of opportunities for campers to showcase their talents and have a blast!

  • Social Activities: We value building a supportive community at our camp. In addition to gymnastics activities, we also offer social activities that allow campers to connect, bond, and make new friends. These activities may include team-building exercises, group outings, and other social events that promote camaraderie and foster lasting friendships.

  • Individualized Approach: At our camp, we understand that every camper is unique, and we encourage campers to work at their own pace. Campers can choose which activities and rotations to participate in, allowing them to customize their experience based on their interests and goals. Our coaches will provide individualized attention and feedback to help each camper progress at their own level.

  • Friendship Building: We believe that one of the best parts of camp is the opportunity to make lifelong friendships. Our camp provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where campers from different backgrounds and skill levels can connect, learn from each other, and create lasting memories. Campers can bond over their shared love for gymnastics and build friendships that can extend beyond the camp experience.

  • At our adult gymnastics camp, we want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. That's why we offer the option to request a roommate! Rooming with a friend or finding a like-minded gymnastics enthusiast can make your camp experience even more memorable.

  • Instructions: During the registration process, simply indicate your roommate preference by filling out the roommate request form. 

  • Benefits: Sharing a room with a roommate has many advantages! You can room with a friend and enjoy the camp together, or make new connections with fellow campers who share similar interests in gymnastics. CAMP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • Camp registration deposits are non-refundable.

  • For cancellations between July 16th and August 18th, the balance collected can be refunded minus a 10% admin fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after August 18th.
